POLICIES
Check- out time is 11 AM
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express along with
cash** and travelers' checks.
We require a deposit equal to one night's room and tax. The
balance is due upon check-in.
Reservations cancelled more than 14 days before arrival will
be refunded less XAF 2000 francs bookkeeping fees per room reserved.
Reservations shortened or cancelled 14 days or less will be
responsible for the first night and any additional nights up
to the full stay if we are unable to rebook the room. No refunds
for early departures.
Special rates require 50% deposit with reservation with the
balance of 50% due 20 days prior to arrival. 20 day cancellation
policy applies.
